Dear God,
For the 44 years of my life, I have longed to find my soul mate. I had a brief tumultuous, violent relationship 17 years ago, which I recovered from, but I haven't found that special man who you have created for me.
I am a spiritual person, who attends weekly Catholic mass, but I know that others worship you in many different ways. I understand that my soul mate maybe Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, or some other faith. I know he will worship you and respect my beliefs, as I will his.
I am a professional, educated man, who knows that my soul mate will also be a professional, who has obtained academic achievements. My soul mate will be kind, sensitive, mature, humorous, gentle, compassionate, and intellectual, communicates with others, and has a good sense of himself.
In life, I enjoy reading, walking, tennis, yoga, travel, baking, cooking, music (jazz, easy going), movies (independent, foreign, documentaries, and romance), and theatre. I, also, desire a person who enjoys having a conversation with me, whether when we dine or out for a stroll.
I am a vegetarian, but I don't expect my soul mate to be, just accepting of it. Moreover, I don't drink. I don't mind if others do socially. I am looking for a life long partner and marriage. I believe that I have the need to be loved and held, and I have the desire and want to love another human being and to take care of that person emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I believe that lovemaking is one of the greatest ways to show your soul mate that you love them. I absolutely detest porn, for it degrades the human soul.
I am tall and thin. I have brown hair and wear glasses.
