I'm here to meet men who have similar values and common interests.
First off, i am in process of converting to Judaism. Long story, most likely Jewish anyway, can't prove it, so must go through do the official through the hoops things which i have resisted.
More about that later if you are interested in me. Oh i am going to eventually move permanently to Israel, if i find the right man, could go soon, or could put it off, i am not desperate but would love so much to find a guy to share expereriences together, much more fun that way.
I am someone who does finds it most natural to allow a relationship develop in an informal way without rituals or silly to me things like always planning a date. I feel better if the guy and i have a lot of things in common so that we easily just find it fun to spend time together whether that be hiking or scuba diving or enjoying a really good NON Hollywood film, or enjoying a picnic or other tasty meal or just sitting having a coffee and feeling comfortable talking about whatever we want to.
I was born in the US but have lived outside of it half my life and i like it that way. I will not live in the US again, it is either Europe or Israel for me.
I am not nor have i ever been a party animal and prefer small intimate gatherings to crowded event which i do not enjoy at all.
I love running, biking, skiing, scuba diving, and my latest desire is to learn to put on a wing suit outfit and fly around like a bird.
Although i am 63 I swear i do not believe this, if you are even a little bit younger don't think i am some old lady with grey hair in a bun, sweet are grandmothers but i am not anything like this. I do not try to ACT young i just AM who I am and i like to mostly dress casual and the clothes i wore at 20 would still suit me now.
I enjoy freedom from those who like to control i do not wish to control anyone either. I am not a follower nor a leader rather i am someone who thinks for myself after checking out or researching what one or all are saying and do what seems right for me. In this way I am a bit different than many. I am not one that rocks the boat so much as i just am not much of a clubby per and although i may apprear quite extroverted I also have strong introverted side and not much of a joiner or much of a 'team player' and the only community that holds any interest for me is the Jewish community where even though not able to prove my Jewish heritage, I feel best in gatherings with other Jews and my closest friends have been mostly Jews. This is an area I have missed out on from my own family which due to circumstances was not a family and my family has always been as unofficial member of Jewish families.
I am just shy of my doctorate in Italian Renaissance History. I did not finish to dissertation long story and have other talents such as i am an artist a published author of a book that sells globally since 2009 still selling. I sometimes paint using acrylics, i am a poet, a dreamer an innovator a very tolerant per who values honesty and loyalty above all else and do not tolerate much too much anger and no hate or revenge and am a most positive per who has accomplished many things that would not seem possible but i have done them. I am proud of my achievements and i am anything but money driven rather i am SUCCESS DRIVEN which rarely has must to do with money, in fact most things that have made me the happiest in life have not cost a penny and so it is with me...what is priceless is precious and i dont mean junk...if you are still reading then u know what i am talking about. Money is handy of course and is necessary, but I am NOT impressed by anyone who is impressed by how much money they have or spends more than a fleeting moment telling me how much there new bed cost or their new car cost or their new hair transplant cost or their whatever cost, i hate that, i was raised by a family were money was as free and as taken for granted as being my birthright that i guess is why money when raised this way when it had always been free then why would i wish to focus on making something that is there already in more than sufficient amounts.
I stand up for my friends, i am a generous per who has always found others coming to me seekking advice and i always have felt good by helping others always has been this way.
I enjoy warm men who love to cuddle and snuggle as well feel intimacy is normal and not some naughty thing rather see it as normal and natural and a lot of fun giving a lot of pleasure and not uptight but i am also one who is extremely picky for me such intimacy needs me to feel a genuine connection not some casual thing or once in a while thing. This does not suit me.
I don't smoke i do enjoy a nice glass of wine with dinner not more than that no heavy drinking and no drugs and do not wish to find myself with someone with chemical or alcohol problems.
My current work now is done online around the world offering a healthy alernative for super stressed professional men pilots surgeons lawyers c level execs and others who cannot afford to unwind at end of day using drugs, booze or pills for insomnia so they purhase relaxing mp3s from me or i do phone sessions that are pleasant relaxing and natural and people enjoy this and good for them and good for those they are piloting around or have in their operating theatre or who are being defended by in some criminal case. Those i work with wont be having plane crashes or patients dying on the operating table or found guilty for crimes they didnt commit all because of the hung over or drug addicted lawyer or doctor etc...
I dont struggle with my work or with anything , the less effort that i put in to seek new ideas the more come to me and then of course i love to give it my best.
I am a per who is not so much like most other people, not in a bad or spooky way rather in the best of ways. I do not wish to change anyone i accept all as they are some wont fit in with me and vice versa. I do not know what else to say. I am looking for a Jewish man i am not looking for a Jewish man who is ultra orothodox not that i do not admire such men just that I am not fond of detailed rules and it is the big picture both relgious and cultural that is ME I love the holidays and have participated in other families' festivities. I enjoy the warm i enjoy the compassion the wisdom the care the love the closeness that sets Jews apart from others. This means a great deal to me. I could go on and on but i stop here.
I currently live in Munich, Germany and looking to meet someone who speaks English and is Jewish near me if possible or if not then from anywhere in the world for there is always voip phone and skype and IM and various other ways to communicate.
