How did a nice Jewish boy become a private detective? When I was a , I used to love playing pranks on the telephone. Now I get paid for it, as long as I can get the scoop in the process. After a full day of studying and reading people, I like to go where there aren't very many people - home. It is important to give my Dick Tracy side a rest and give my right brain a chance come out and breathe. Playing guitar, creating music and playing with my band recharges me. If I need a right brain injection, you might find me performing on stage at a concert. I also like to debrief in the kitchen. I take pleasure in dining on fresh seafood at a beachfront restaurant in Rosarito Beach or Manuel Antonio. I have eaten my way through Tijuana, San Miguel de Allende, San Jose, San Juan and Bogota. I'm cultured, but not from books. I learned about the world from sticking my hand in the fire and getting burned. I believe that if you don't go for what you want you will end up like somebody else. I love to get away - not to tourist traps, because I am an explorer not a tourist. And through all of my exploration and adventures, I have found that it's more fun and exciting exploring with someone else.
My Ideal Person
She is goal oriented, self-directed, and motivated about her life. She is a "doer" who has level-headed passion and purpose. She likes to sample ethnic foods, introduces me to unfamiliar music, and can teach me about other cultures. She has friends that are different from her. She delights in her physicality, and unexpectedly shows me this on occasion. She appreciates the little things, because sometimes they mean more than the big ones. She has her own independent life, but is happier when we are together than when we are alone. We trust and respect each other. We both recognize that being right isn't everything. We can agree to disagree and get over it quickly. She respects me for who I am, and I respect her for who she is. This creates strong loyalty to one another. She picks up the slack where I am weak, and I support her in the areas we she isn't strong, because we are different and accentuate one another. I am her biggest fan and she is my most trusted confidant.
