I am a single dad of an 11 year olde daugter whom I adopted from China as a single father when she was 9 months old. This was definetly the single best decesion I have ever made. As you mght assume from this, I am not a very conventional individual. I have a strong sense of independence and i am not afraid to travel non-tradtional paths, if that is what makes sense. I am an easy going guy who enjoys life's simpler pleasures, reading a great book on the beach, hiking with friends, sharing a meal with friends and family. Watchng my at a dance performance or in a class play. Balance is important to me. I strive for that in my work, in my parenting and in my emtional life. I think I am finally at that point in my life that when my life is out of balance I know it and know what I need to do to regain it.

My Ideal Person
I hope to find a woman who is interested in building a life together based on mutal respect, and support, sharing of some common interests, affection and fun.
