I find that intellectual pursuits shared are meaningful and fun. I know how to treat people with respect, dignity, and caring, and they know it. Not a day goes by as my father once tolf me that you should not tell your special person how important she is to you. I have three doctorate degrees, write symphonic music, been in movies, opera, conducted, done very many great things. My glaucoma research changed the way the disease is treated. Now, 20 years later, I am getting offers to lecture abroad. I'm really not such a fancy guy despite all that. No ego, down to earth, and very happy to be with someone that cares and contributes. I've learned how, I made errors and learned from them and been better, Right now is a good time.
My Ideal Person
Someone who shares adventures of the mind, good conversation, travel, nice living, someone that knows how to treat their special person in that special way. Most of us come to that a little later than our first encounters in life. i would like someone who might be interested in having a family, and just share the absolute freedom that not being income driven any more gives me. I think children are a miracle, a creation of love between two people that makes a third....wow...I like to laugh and have fun as much or more than anyone, too. Someone that is tired perhaps of a difficult social scene that is looking for someone absolutely different in a nice way will be pleasantly surprised.
