Hi all!
Well, this site has been a real experience. I still like it, but not many respond to blogs or write letters to one another. I am a silver member, and I've only spoken to one member, (via e-mail). That's ok, because that one member alone has made me feel I've gotten my $20 worth. I must admit, some of the blame falls on me. I have been apathetic in responding to other blogs on this site, so I shouldn't expect others to respond to me. November 8th is when my silver membership expires, so I guess I'll just fade away, just like the marines do.
On another note, my mother has been in the hospital since Rosh Hashana. She had dizziness, nausea, and tingling in her fingers. To make a long story short, I don't think she'll be going home. She's 86 years old, and maybe it would be better for her in a home. It's totally up to her if she wants to go there or stay in her home and have an attendant. Hopefully for her, as well as me, this new year brings the sweetness of honey rather than the bitterness of,(hmmm? what is bitter?). Anyway, that's all for now. Later all...

So anyway, maybe someone can answer this question for me. I've seen profiles of women that say, for example, that they earn $35-$40,000 a year, but they want their date to earn $75,000+, or that they are 5'3" tall but want a man that is 5'10" or taller. As for men, I've seen profiles that show a picture of them, and believe me, they ain't no Tom Cruise, but they want a woman that looks modelesque.

9/7/05 8:26PM Well, I'm sure you've all heard this before, but today is my first time communicating to you in the "Blogosphere." I'm still not a silver or gold member yet. First, I want to get my profile just right, and then I'll become a member.
So, first thing is first. Hello to all out there, especially the women! I just got home from work, and I'm waiting for my dinner to cook. I work for Verizon in Far Rockaway, New York. Nothing eventful happened today, which probably is a good thing. Well, my macaroni and cheese is ready, so I'll just be skadaddling for now....later all.
